In case of unknown or unconfirmed materials, Able Clean-up Technologies Inc.'s services will begin with identification procedures as described below. Such initial procedures will also be characterized in the work plan.

• Waste Profile Questionnaires, Labpack Inventories and all other forms required by the particular Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF) used

• Chain-of-Custody forms for laboratories and TSDF's

• Hazardous Waste Manifests

• Work Plans, Project Reports and annual generator reports as required by contract and/or customer request
